Return and Exchange Policy
At Noor-e-Alam, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Confirmation
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all orders. Orders will only be processed once the advance payment is received. The remaining 50% must be completed before dispatch or through Cash on Delivery. If you choose online payment, the remaining balance must be cleared before your order is dispatched.
No Returns on Bridal and Custom Orders
All bridal pieces, veils, and made-to-order items are final sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order is confirmed. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Exchange Policy Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions.
The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. The item must be available for exchange in stock. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was made on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. After verification, we will replace the item or offer store credit.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Customized or personalized orders. Bridal veils once used or worn. Sale or discounted items. Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation will not be possible as production may have already begun. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled after this window.
