Noor-e-Alam is a luxury bridal and formal wear brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website noorealambymnkhan.pk.

Orders and Payments

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all orders. Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is received. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch or via Cash on Delivery. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees. Noor-e-Alam reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Bridal wear, formal wear, and all custom orders are made to your specifications. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed. Please ensure all measurements and customization details are accurate before confirming your order. Noor-e-Alam is not responsible for sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. Noor-e-Alam is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines for bridal and formal wear are 4 to 5 weeks. Delivery timelines for eid collection items are 5 to 7 days.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen calibration settings. This does not constitute grounds for a return or exchange.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, and designs is the property of Noor-e-Alam. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Noor-e-Alam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
